Where Did All Your Stock Go?

Two words - China, and Covid-19. Since the Corona virus took over the world, shipping times from China to the U.S nose dived and customers were getting constantly let down and angry with how long goods took to reach them.

So, after much deliberation, we have now removed every item that could only be shipped from China.

US customers - 100% of products on the site now ship from US warehouses!

This means much faster shipping times, USPS tracking links for everything and hopefully much happier customers.

We are working hard adding new items to the new store, and again, they will all ship from warehouses in the USA as opposed to China.

Note : The above applies to US customers only.

If you are elsewhere in the world, some goods will still ship from the EU or China.

All items in our customizable collection ship from the US no matter where you are in the world.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

NOTE : Covid-19 is causing some delays with shipping. We do not like this, but right now we have no choice over what's going on in the world. Please bear with us. We are constantly working hard on speeding up shipping times to ensure all customers get their deliveries ASAP. Thank you.

Customizable Collection

Blown Biker ships all these products from our factory in FL, USA. You will be emailed a tracking number once your package ships.

Delivery times typically take :

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-12 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days


Note : local carrier issues may affect delivery times once packages enter your country.

 

All Other Products

US customers :

Everything else on our store is 100% shipped to you, for free, from our US warehouses. You will be emailed a tracking number once your package ships.

Shipping times are currently 7-13 days but due to Covid-19 we are experiencing some delays.

Just know that everything is now being shiped from inside the USA.


Non-US Customers :

Everything else on our store is 100% shipped to you, for free, from our warehouses in the EU and/or China. You will be emailed a tracking number once your package ships.

Shipping times for customers outside of the US are currently 30-45 days, unless you are in Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, South Africa, UAE, or Peru, in which case your delivery could take up to 60 days.

Note : Shipping times are 90% of the time way faster than above, but sometimes due to unforeseen delays, customs hold time and other extenuating circumstances packages are going to take up to the above times to reach you. IF after the above wait times you do not have your item(s), we will issue a full refund or re-send your item(s) to you again - your choice.

Either way know this : Paying customers will ALWAYS get what they pay for, OR a full refund if their items do not reach them in the delivery times listed here.

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

US Customers + Customizable Collection Customers

All items are shipped via USPS. You will be sent a tracking link in a separate email once your item is dispatched.

Please note : It can sometimes take a day or two before your tracking 'goes live' so don't worry if at first your link doesn't seem to work.

It will go live and update once your order makes it way into the system!

Non-US Customers

All items are shipped via ePacket. You will be sent a tracking link in a separate email once your item is dispatched.

Tracking will still work just like USPS, it's just that we use a different delivery service for these orders.

I Want To Change My Order/Name/Address. Is This Possible?

Though we highly encourage you double check your name and address prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.

We process orders the same day they are placed.

If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us here : help@blownbikersupport.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.

If your order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center we regrettably cannot make changes to it.

I Went To Checkout And My Order Total Is Way Higher Than I Expected. What's Going On?

This is nothing to worry about - no scam is going on, we would never add money on that you don't want to spend. 

All that's happened is for one reason or another, you have added multiple items to your cart as well as the one you are trying to buy right now. This could have happened for several reasons - you may have got part way thru the ordering process then got a telephone call, or just exited the web page by mistake. When you then go back to our store and start the process again, your original order is still in the cart. Therefore subsequent ones will be added on top, hence the higher checkout total than you were expecting.

All you have to do is clear the items you do not want from your cart - simple! Each one has a little 'remove' icon underneath it, so just click those to remove the items you do not want or need.

If you want to start again completely, remove all the items, then hit the 'Home' button at the top and start over.

Either way this is nothing to worry about.

How Do I Use Discount Codes?

Note : discount codes are also referred to as 'checkout codes'. They are the same thing.

If you have a discount code enter it into the space marked “Discount code” when you are checking out.

Look for this box!

Apply Discount Code

After you enter the discount code click on the Apply button.

The discount amount will then be deducted from your final order total.

  • Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
  • If you are taking a 'Buy 2 - Get 1 Free' offer you cannot apply another discount code on top of this.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after you have made an order.
  • We cannot apply discounts for you after you have placed an order.

How Do I Return An Item To Blown Biker?

We pride ourselves on customer service and making sure everyone who buys anything from us is 100% happy.

If there is a problem with your order and you want to return it you must contact us first.

Please do NOT post anything back to us before contacting us beforehand.

My Item Arrived Damaged/Incorrect. What Do I Do?

We want 100% of our customers to be 100% happy.

If anything you order from us arrives damaged and/or is the wrong color, please contact us immediately and send a good clear photo or 2 of the problem(s).
