HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
We get asked this a lot so let me explain our shipping process to you :
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order then another e-mail after your order has been shipped.
The second email will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.
Total delivery time is broken down into processing time AND shipping time.
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes processing your order, preparing your items, performing quality checks, then packing for shipment. This varies from product to product but ranges from 3 – 5 days.
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
All items being sold at BlownBiker are guaranteed to be delivered to US buyers within 45 days, 60 days for customers outside of the US, and 90 days for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, South Africa, UAE, and Peru.
Note : Shipping times are 90% of the time WAY FASTER than above, but sometimes due to unforeseen delays, customs hold time and other extenuating circumstances packages are going to take up to the above times to reach you. IF after the above wait times you do not have your item(s), we will issue a full refund or re-send your item(s) to you again - your choice.
Either way know this : Paying customers will ALWAYS get what they pay for, OR a full refund if their items do not reach them in the delivery times listed here.
Full refunds are NOT available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delays in delivery caused by anything beyond BlownBiker's control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
Shipping items that are available from our USA warehouse is significantly faster. Please note that stocks in our USA warehouse are limited. We will ship from abroad if your item is out of stock in the USA warehouse.
NOTE! PLEASE check your spam folder if you are not seeing our emails. Sometimes they can end up in there so don’t worry if you don’t receive any correspondence from us. 99% of the time they will be in your spam folder so please check in there.

After your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link. The tracking link will provide the most current information that we have regarding the progress of your package.
As your package makes it way to you, we will notify you via email at significant points along the way. It is important that you pay attention to these notifications so that you can act if there are problems.
Most of the time, packages are delivered according to times listed in our shipping FAQ above.
However, there are exceptions from time to time.
It can take up to 10-12 days for the first update to be posted. This is normal. Once you receive your tracking link, please allow 10-12 days before contacting us. Often, suppliers will complete the tracking form upon receipt of the order and before actually shipping the product.
After 12 days from the receipt of your tracking link, if the tracking has NOT updated, please contact us then and not before!
Tracking Suddenly Stops:
If tracking showed initial progress but then seems to stop, there is no reason for alarm. Items shipping from abroad may have to pass through two customs bureaus before making their way to their final delivery address. Customs can hold a package for several days or, in rare cases, a week or two, before releasing them.
There can be a delay after a package has left the originating country. Again, this most often is because of the normal progression through customs and international travel. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these events and they will vary greatly from country to country.
It is very important to notify us as soon as possible when tracking says that your package has been delivered but you have not received it. We will then send you instructions that must be followed to receive you package.
MULTIPLE TRACKING LINKS
If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you will receive a separate tracking link for each item. This is no cause for alarm, but simply that we use multiple suppliers to source our items.
So your order, if you have ordered multiple items, will be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking link - that will be sent to you via email.
DELIVERY ADDRESS PROBLEMS
If you receive an alert that the shipping company tried to deliver your package, or otherwise can not deliver your package a simple phone call to the company or post office can usually solve the problem. Blown Biker relies on commercial and government shipping. We are not a shipping company and we have no influence or control over their actions.
We rely on tracking for determining when a package was delivered or not delivered. Please notify us when you believe there is a problem. It is NOT necessary to notify us for reasons that are not listed above.
SIZING YOUR PRODUCTS
Blown Biker strives hard to provide the information you need to make sure the product(s) you order will fit you.
Sizes are listed in the product descriptions on EVERY page where they are applicable. For instance, the length of a bracelet will be listed. If there is only one, then be sure that the size listed will fit. For clothing, on every product page we put a sizing chart so you can see the EXACT measurements of any garments you may order.
DO NOT ASSUME that the size you wear in your country is the same size as the sizes listed. We encourage you to follow our sizing instructions when listed. Also, if there is a conversion chart you will need to convert from your country’s sizing to the measurements listed.
If you have a question about sizes, please contact us before you order and we will try our best to answer your question.
Please note: We sell clothing with various sizing standards. It is important that you pay attention to each products’ sizing instructions. Do NOT assume that because one t-shirt in one size fits you, another will fit the same as a different product. It is essential that you check our sizing charts for EACH garment.
A lot of our t-shirts and hoodies are printed in the US and have US sizes. These are true to size. However some clothing we source from abroad does run a little small. This is why on EVERY product page featuring one of these items, we provide a sizing chart so you can see exact measurements (bust/length/waist/etc) of what you are ordering. Ignore these at your peril! We will NOT refund or exchange items if you ordered the wrong size.
If you have a discount please enter the discount code into the space marked “discount” when you are checking out. After you enter the discount code click on apply. The amount of your discount will be shown, then deducted from your order.

Only ONE discount code may be used per order.
Shipping and handling is NOT discounted.
If a product is already discounted a discount code cannot be used and will not be applied. All other items will be discounted.
Discounts can NOT be applied AFTER you have placed an order. If your discount isn’t applied and you believe it to be a mistake you must contact us BEFORE you finalize the order.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / NAME / ADDRESS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If your order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center we cannot make changes to it.
